Frequently asked questions
How does the drone and AI feedback work?
We film training sessions with a drone from above, which captures footwork, range and movement you can't see from a mirror. AI analyzes the footage for things like guard height, stance width, punch volume and head movement, and your coach turns that analysis into a few focused corrections for your next session. Getting feedback on every session speeds up your development by 5x.
How does the point system work?
Our point system rewards members for their participation and engagement. You earn points by attending training sessions (10+ points per session), maintaining streaks (bonus multipliers), uploading training media (50 points each for your first 2 uploads on training days), and inviting friends. These points track your progress and unlock achievements on the leaderboard.
What are badges and how do I earn them?
Badges represent achievements in your boxing journey, from Novice to Advanced levels. Each badge requires meeting specific criteria such as attending a certain number of sessions, maintaining streaks, or demonstrating skill mastery. Badges are displayed on your profile and are visible to the community, showcasing your dedication and progress.
How do streaks work?
Streaks track your consecutive training sessions. The longer your streak, the higher your point multiplier becomes (up to 3x). If you attend sessions consistently on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, your streak remains active. Missing a scheduled training day will reset your streak. It's a powerful way to encourage consistent training habits and reward dedication.
How do I earn points for sharing media?
You can earn 50 points for each of your first two media uploads (photos or videos) on training days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). Additional uploads are welcome but won't earn points on the same day. You may also receive bonus points when your media gets engagement from other members. Media sharing helps build our community and provides motivation for everyone.
What is the leaderboard and how does it work?
The leaderboard ranks members based on total points earned. It updates in real-time and shows your position relative to other members. Rising in the ranks reflects your consistency and dedication to training. Special recognition is given to the top performers each month, with exclusive badges and rewards.
When are the training sessions held?
We offer structured training sessions three times a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and extended weekend sessions on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All sessions are led by Coach State and team, with programs designed for both beginners and advanced boxers.
Do I need previous boxing experience to join?
No, we welcome members of all experience levels. Our coaches provide personalized guidance for beginners, and our structured programs ensure you learn proper technique from day one. We separate training areas for beginners and advanced boxers when needed to ensure everyone progresses at their own pace.
What should I bring to my first session?
Everyone brings their own kit, including first-timers. Bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps, a skipping rope, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. For sparring sessions, you'll also need your own headgear and mouthguard.
How often should I train to see results?
For optimal results, we recommend training 2-3 times per week by attending our scheduled sessions. Consistency is key in boxing, and regular training ensures steady progress in both technique and fitness. Even attending once a week will show benefits, but your progress and point accumulation will be faster with more frequent training.
Is boxing training safe?
Safety is our top priority. Our coaches ensure proper technique is taught from the beginning, and all sparring is controlled and appropriate for your skill level. We maintain a supportive environment where members respect each other's boundaries. Protective gear is required for sparring, and all members must follow our safety guidelines at all times.
